Your order could be in a couple of places... our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with the courier on its way, or delivered.

The first thing to check is have you had your shipment confirmation email? If yes, then it's on its way. If you haven't got your shipment confirmation email (don't forget to check those junk folders) then your order is waiting to leave us.

If it has been over 5 days since ordering and you have not received your dispatch email, then get in touch via our contact page and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Currently we ship to Ireland, the UK, throughout Europe, and many other international countries. All orders within Ireland are delivered within 2-4 working days and cost €4.99. All orders over €50 have free shipping. You will receive your shipment confirmation shortly after your order confirmation email.

If you live outside of Ireland, the following delivery timelines and costs apply: ** Please note for countries outside of the EU, import fees (Customs charges & VAT), may have to be paid and are the sole responsibly of the customer. These costs are out of our control and vary depending on the value of your item. To find out more details, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.

Your items must be returned to our warehouse in their original packaging, unworn, with tags still attached within 21 days. Any items with excessive odour (smoke, perfume etc) will not be accepted and returned to the customer’s original address. Returns must also include a filled out Returns Form (included in your original delivery).

Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, it is important that your parcel is securely sealed so that it is returned undamaged with all returned items present. If you choose not to use the An Post return option we provide, we recommend customers to use a tracked service to ensure your return gets to us. It can take up to 14 working days for your return to reach us, the return to be processed, and for the amount to be refunded to your account

Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment. If this is no longer possible, an online voucher will be issued instead. For hygiene purposes, underwear, tights, earrings, beauty products and face masks cannot be returned.

You can return your parcel for a reduced rate through our service with An Post. Please note you will not be charged additionally for your return shipping but the amount (€4.95) will come out of your refunded amount. This service is only available to our customers in the Republic of Ireland.

Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. All tags must be still on the clothing for return to be validated and the return form must be sent back with the item to our warehouse.

If within Ireland:
  1. Go to Click & Post section on An Post’s website: www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post
  2. Select 'Book a Return' found on homepage under 'Post and Parcels'
  3. Select 'Born Clothing' as retailer on the drop down menu
  4. Enter reason for return and order number in 'retailer reference' – click continue
  5. Select 'Bring your return to a drop off location' & click 'add to basket'
  6. Click 'Checkout' (the cost of return is deducted from your refund)
  7. Enter your personal details and tick the 'Terms & conditions' box
  8. Click 'Download label' and print off (if you do not have a printer, continue to follow these steps and show your email from An Post at the post office)
  9. Place this label over original label, insert completed returns form, and seal the parcel securely
  10. Drop off your parcel to a post office or a selected An Post drop off point
  11. The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.
For customers in Northern Ireland: You can return via our DPD returns service which is explained below at a reduced rate of £4.95. We strongly recommend customers to look up where the closest DPD pickup point is before purchasing a label as they are mainly congregated around large urban areas. If a pickup point is too far away from you, please follow the “returning from outside of Ireland” instructions directly below.
  1. Go onto DPD website: www.dpd.ie
  2. Click "RETURNS" on the navigation menu
  3. Click Continue as a guest
  4. To choose your pickup point, click on "see all pickup points"
  5. Choose Born Clothing as retailer on drop down menu
  6. Include your order number inside the reference box
  7. Choose reason for returning and size of parcel (all sizes are same cost)
  8. Pay return fee of £4.95
  9. Enter personal details
  10. Print Label & drop it off to your local pickup point
Returning from outside of Ireland:
Please send back your parcel to the following address: Born Clothing, UNIT 16/17 FASHION CITY, BALLYMOUNT ROAD UPPER, DUBLIN, D24 RP8C.
We advise customers to use a tracked service and to keep proof of return just in case it is required.

It can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 7 business days. As soon as your refund is processed, you will receive a notification of this via email.

If it has been 14 days since you have sent back your return and have received no refund notification / correspondence from us, please contact our customer service team.

Yes, although we are looking to soon offer free returns in store, at the moment returns must be sent back to our online warehouse. To send back your parcel you may utilise our specialised An Post program (if within Ireland) which offers return shipping for a reduced & universal flat rate of €4.95. You will not have to pay this fee upfront, it will be deducted from your return amount.


We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
